We do not sell your data or use location for advertising. Location processing starts only when you start AI Companion and stops when the journey ends.

Data and purposes
We process account ID, email, language, interests, optional destination, journey collections, route, heading, speed, guide cards, sources, push token, and credit and purchase records. They support the service, sync, support and security. Precise coordinates are excluded from analytics and crash logs.
Location and notifications
Location points are collected only during a journey you start. Push messages show neutral text by default; if you explicitly turn off lock-screen privacy, the title and short text may appear. Push never contains coordinates, and aggregated operational statistics do not contain precise routes.
Securely synced with your account
Your journeys, routes and guide events sync securely through the cloud to your account, so they stay saved and available when you sign in on your devices. You can delete a journey or your account in the app.
AI and images
Our cloud service first selects the route corridor, place candidates and sources, then sends only what is needed to OpenAI with storage disabled and a pseudonymous safety identifier. External images require a licence and attribution and are cached only when the licence permits.
Security, retention and choices
Data is encrypted in the cloud and files use short-lived links. Choose 30 days, one year or retention until deletion. You can access, correct, and delete a journey or account. Apple or Google handles payment verification; we do not store payment-card details.
Delete your account
Use the deletion control in the app. You can also email us from the account address; appropriate verification may be required before deletion.
