Delete your data or account
These are different actions. Choose the option that matches what you want to remove.
Delete SomeSync data
Open Settings, choose Delete SomeSync data and review the confirmation. This removes or anonymizes your participation, names, answers and account references in relevant shared games. It keeps your shared IT24 account. Remaining scores are recalculated without your deleted answers and may change. Reports in affected rooms are also cleared.
Delete a guest's data
In your game, open the data controls and choose Delete guest data. Your room session is revoked after your participation is anonymized. If you have lost access to that session, contact support@it24.company for a verified deletion request.
Delete the shared IT24 account
Open Settings and choose Delete IT24 account. Read the warning before confirming: the shared sign-in identity is also used by other IT24 apps. The action removes SomeSync data and invokes IT24's shared account-deletion flow. Data retained by other IT24 services follows their own deletion handling; contact support for a request covering all services.
